How can I order Sunday school curriculum?
We do not have a shopping cart available for curriculum but order forms are provided for you in the curriculum area of our site. You can email or fax me your completed order form. If you prefer to order over the phone, I am available to take your order by phone Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. You can also leave a voice mail after hours and I will return your call promptly.

I am looking to change my curriculum, do you have samples?
Sample lessons are available for most of the publishers. You can download pdf samples at no charge by visiting the Sample area. Most of these samples are complete lessons that you are encouraged to “try before you buy.”

Can you provide curriculum recommendations?
We would be happy to talk with you about your needs. We will personally listen to your specific needs and suggest possible curriculum that will meet those needs. Can someone come and meet with our committee to present the various curriculum that is available?
We would be happy meet with you and help you find the right curriculum for you. Just contact us by phone or email.

Do you offer a discount on Sunday school curriculum?
We offer a 10% discount on all curriculum orders that are picked up at one of our store locations. The minimum purchase amount to receive the discount is $100. If you would like us to ship the order to you, you will get an 8% discount and free shipping. You will need to purchase $100 or more to receive the discount.

I usually don’t change my order very much, do you offer an auto order feature?
We have an auto order program that is convenient for you. If you choose to be on our auto order program, we will send you a reminder about 2 weeks before the order deadline. You can make any changes to your auto order before the deadline, if you would like. If you don’t make any changes, your order will be automatically shipped to you. You can change your auto order quantities any time before the deadline date.

I discovered after the quarter began that I had too much material for one of my classes, can I return it?
We do accept returns by the 6th Sunday of the new quarter for full credit. Any items returned after that date will not be given credit. You can return up to 50% of your original order.

VBS

Do you have VBS workshops available for me to attend?
Yes, we offer VBS showcases in January and February. These showcases are located in areas around our area. These are free events that offer free presentations, displays, opportunities for questions, networking with other VBS leaders in the area and refreshments. Here are the showcases for 2015.

How many different VBS curriculum do you offer?
We are pleased to offer numerous VBS programs each year. You can preview them in our VBS area.

Do you give a discount?
Yes, we offer a discount of at least 10% on all VBS programs. The discounts vary by publisher and can be found in our VBS area.

I have found a lower price somewhere else, do you match prices?
We try to offer the lowest prices for VBS items, however if you should find someone offering a lower price, we will match that price. To make a true comparison we will factor in the price of shipping that the competitor is charging.

I live outside the local area, do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on all VBS kits. We also offer free shipping on all orders that are $100 or more.

Can I order my VBS kit early?
You sure can! Most VBS kits are not available until December and January, but we do take preorders. Will bill you when the order is shipped and give you the discount. You can pick up the kit at one of our store locations, or we can ship it to you at no charge.

I am not sure which kit I would like, Can I preview them at no charge?
Yes, we encourage you to preview the kits to make sure you are getting the right program for you. We ask you to take up to 2 kits out a time. You can preview them for up to 2 weeks. They can be returned to one of our stores or shipped back to our Kregel Ministry Resources office.

If I have remaining items left from my VBS, can I return them?
Yes, one of the great benefits we offer you is “No Hassle Returns”. Any remaining items that were purchased from us, that that are unused and unopened, may be returned to one of our store locations or shipped to our office and we will credit you 100% of the price you paid. Some items are not returnable, these are outlet items and some decorating items. The non-returnable items will be noted on the order forms. You can contact us before you return the items to make sure they can be returned.
